Free shipping time take 7-21 business days to ship. Orders are processed within 3-5 Business Days, Monday Through Friday. Any Orders placed on Weekends Will Be Processed the following business day. Orders will be shipped once the processing time has been completed. Custom orders may take up to 4-6 weeks to reach your doorstep.

Once Your Order Is Placed, You Will Receive An Order Confirmation Number. Once Your Package Has Shipped, You Will Receive A Shipping Confirmation Email, Along With Your Tracking Number To Track Your Package.

We ship international We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

Your items can be returned within 15 business days for STORE CREDIT ONLY, as long as its not damaged, worn or other wise tampered with (need photo of item). 

All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a BlackSkyJewelry E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us then all sales are final.

Unfortunately, Once Your Order Is Submitted We Can’t Cancel Your Order. If Custom items are already in production we will not accept cancelation. Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product.
